Charter Fishing Booking and Cancellation Policy
- Credit card is required to hold a reservation.
- Weather cancellation is at the captain's discretion.
(Full refund or re-schedule if agreeable.)
- Customer must cancel no later than 24 hours BEFORE trip,
- or they will be charged 100% of trip fee.
Federal Saltwater Regulations
- Undersized or illegal fish must be returned immediately to the sea.
- Specifications are subject to change. Federal waters are 3 miles off shore and beyond.
- Required licenses are included.
